We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information through Media TV Cast. Our primary goal is to provide a utility for casting photos and videos while keeping your data entirely under your control.

• Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information.
• Media Library: The App requires access to your iOS Photo Library to function. This access is used strictly to display your photos and videos within the App and stream them to your selected TV device. Your media remains on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
• Local Network Access: The App requires access to your local network to discover and communicate with AirPlay, Chromecast, and DLNA/UPnP devices. No data is sent outside of your local network during this process.

2. Usage Statistics and Analytics

Currently, we do not utilize any third-party analytics or tracking software within the App. We only receive basic usage statistics and crash reports provided directly by Apple Inc. via App Store Connect. This data is aggregated, anonymous, and provided in accordance with Apple’s own privacy standards.

Future Analytics: In the future, we may incorporate anonymous analytics tools (such as telemetry that does not identify individuals) for the purpose of better marketing and improving App functionality. Any such future updates will strictly adhere to a policy of anonymity and will not collect personal data.

3. Paid Application Terms

Media TV Cast is a paid application available through the Apple App Store. All financial transactions, including purchases and refunds, are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details.

4. Data Security and Priority

The privacy of our customers is a high priority. Because the App operates primarily on a local-to-local basis (iPhone to TV), your data does not transit through our infrastructure. We do not maintain any servers that host user data.

5. Third-Party Services

While the App itself is private, it interacts with third-party hardware (Smart TVs, Chromecasts, etc.) via standard protocols. Please be aware that your TV manufacturer or streaming device provider may have their own privacy policies regarding how they handle data once it is received on their platform.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
